About Fire Online Radio

All about Fire Online Radio, it was founded in June 2008, the one and true aim of the stations founders at the time being to bring great Caribbean radio programming to the region and the world beyond. In trying to meet that aim, the station quickly set about developing a wide variety of programming that would deliver a difference to the listening public. Devised were programmes like SOS (Soca On Saturday), TGIF, (Thank God Its Fire), Our Time (a programme for kids by kids), and Beats & Tunes (total reggae and lovers rock tunes), to name but a few, and they soon became firm favourites of those who were logged on. Drawing most of their listenership from the UK, Canada and the USA, Fire Online continues to keep their listeners up to date with the latest sounds and vibes of the Caribbean. Never forgetting to promote and dedicate airplay to young up and coming artistes within the region, Fire Online prides themselves as always being one of the first to broadcast new songs particularly out of St. Lucia, (where the station is based) and Grenada, the stations other home. With backgrounds in the media industry spanning over 24 yrs combined, gaining accolades in both TV and Radio and stemming from East London and Grenada respectively our executive members are now based in St. Lucia.
