The Soca was conceptually birthed by Chef Jason and produced by two of Trinidad & Tobago’s Ace Soca Producers; Kit Israel of AdvoKit Productions and Kevin Charles of Stadic Music.
With such Soca prowess present from the production side, Chef Jason also had Top Notch Soca writer Kareem ” Rayza” Thomas assist in the writing of this debut hit who also wrote for Machel Monatano, Destra and many others.
Just like his first Chutney Soca Hit “Bubble With Me” was heavily anticipated in 2014, many were anticipating his debut 2019 Soca Hot “Meh Lover” which was composed based on Heartbreak and Die Hard Never Ending Love for that one Woman.
This particular production is special as it is based on true life experiences that propelled him to write, produce this song and share his feelings and story with the world.
Sometimes art can be molded from real life experiences, hurt, passion and sorrow but can ultimately be repackaged into something positive for the person sharing it and be a catalyst in achieving closure and strength.
