On April 12, 2019 Monéa releases the Official Music Video for her new single “Wave” from her “Tropikana” Album.
International Recording Artist Monéa, has just released the music video for her latest single, “Wave.” Edited by the acclaimed Jamal Samuel of Nothing Ordinary, this beach affair was shot in Tortola, BVI and features dancer Sara Smith. The erotic, exquisite, and elevated visual upholds a tradition of moving and movie-like music videos from the Caribbean visionary, upping the ante yet again.
The video for “Wave” is directed by Hakeem Gravesande, Shemar Trim, Sharnelle Nguyen, and Albert Cheraymond. Choreographers include Monéa, Khiry Creque, and Sara Smith. Sponsors for the video include Islander Swim Collection, JBY Fashions, and Josiah’s Bay Surf Shop. The song is produced by Nova Elite Audio, who had multiple contributions for her debut album “Tropikana Vol.1: An Island Love Story” that released on 10/4/2018.
