Nzuri Riddim – Virgin Islands 2019 Soca

From the lush plains of the Serengeti, to the crystal blue waters of the U.S. Virgin Islands, the spirit of our African ancestors flow through our veins. The Afrobeat in conjunction with the smooth and sultry Soca vibes of the Caribbean, manifests a jubilant marriage that is the NZURI RIDDIM. NZURI, which means “beautiful” in Swahili, unambiguously explains the origin of the love, life and culture that derives from Africa, all the way to the Caribbean. The “vibes”-the lineage of exotic Afro undertones, tell many stories of love, struggle and life, through this composition.

Maestro Productions and A.J. Ventura presents the beautiful and reminiscent vibes of the Motherland- the “Nzuri Riddim”. Completing the compilation project with songs, are the two producers, Maestro and A.J., followed by Mic Love, Adam O and Blackest, who are all Artists from the U.S. Virgin Islands. “Music is Love and Love is Music! Music is the universal language of the people- of the world! Without Music, there is no Love! And without love, we will perish.”
