iShal | The debut album of Shal Marshall

iShal – Stephenson ‘Shal’ Marshall is probably best known as the host of ‘The Madder Drive’ on Trinidad urban radio station 96.1 WEFM. However, in recent years he has been carving out a career as a soca artist, performing in a variety of countries to numerous audiences.

On Friday 8 February Shal stepped up his game with the release of his debut album, iShal. The album is a 15 track compilation of past and present songs, including the 2018 hit Splinters alongside Famous, Dip, Motivation, and also features some of his 2019 Trinidad carnival songs: Party We Love, Mas Forever, One Wine and Movements.
iShal album debuted in the number one position on the iTunes Trinidad and Tobago national Top Albums chart, and into the top ten of the iTunes U.S. Reggae Top Albums chart. Shal said “I’m excited to finally have my collection of hits out for my fans to enjoy everywhere, and I’m very grateful for your support.”
